Well if it isn’t Mr. Not Apologizing himself, Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich. This guy and Bernie Madoff are just out of control. Boys, have you no manners? Not only is Rod the Bod not apologizing, he has taken things a step further and elected someone to replace Obama.
